Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Return Period

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after the confirmed delivery date. Contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns might be refused.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition.
• Factory sealed, unopened and unaltered.
• Free from dents, valve damage, corrosion or misuse.
• Returned with its original labels and packaging.
• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products generally cannot be returned:

• Opened, connected, discharged or partially used cylinders.
• Products with broken seals or altered labels.
• Cylinders damaged after delivery or stored improperly.
• Products returned without prior authorization.
• Products restricted from return transportation by law or carrier rules.

Free Return Shipping

RefriVertex provides free return shipping for approved eligible returns. We will provide the appropriate label and transportation instructions. Refrigerant cylinders must never be shipped through an unauthorized carrier or packaging method.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your delivery promptly. Report a damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the cylinder, packaging, shipping label and damage.

Refund Processing

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

For an incorrect or damaged product, contact us before placing a new order. When appropriate, we may arrange a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability and shipping eligibility.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order is shipped. Once an order enters carrier custody, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the authorized return process.
