Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment, address and any required purchaser documentation are verified. Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
Shipping Policy
RefriVertex provides free standard shipping to eligible addresses throughout the 50 United States, subject to certification, hazardous-material and carrier requirements.

Estimated Delivery
Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Processing and transit times are separate. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
Standard eligible U.S. shipping is free. Orders requiring special handling, redirection, remote-area service or additional delivery attempts may be subject to carrier charges disclosed before completion.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to eligible street addresses in all 50 U.S. states. Refrigerant cylinders generally cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes, mail-forwarding addresses or locations that a carrier cannot legally serve.
Regulated Transportation
Refrigerant cylinders are shipped using approved services, packaging, labels and handling procedures. Ground transportation, signature service or other carrier restrictions may apply depending on the product and destination.
Purchaser Verification
Before fulfillment, we may request applicable EPA Section 608 or Section 609 certification, reseller documentation or other evidence of eligibility. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled and refunded.
Tracking
When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show movement after the carrier receives the package.
Delivery Inspection
Inspect the package promptly. Report missing, damaged, leaking or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery and retain all product and packaging materials while the claim is reviewed.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. An address usually cannot be changed after carrier acceptance.
Delays and Cancellations
Weather, carrier restrictions, safety reviews and regulatory verification may cause delays. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide notice and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Safety notice: Do not request delivery to a location
where receiving or storing refrigerant cylinders is prohibited. The
recipient must follow all applicable handling, storage and certification
requirements.
