1. Store Use

You must use this website only for lawful purposes and provide accurate, current information. You may not misuse the website, interfere with security, submit fraudulent orders or violate applicable laws.

2. Purchaser Eligibility

Refrigerant sales may be limited to appropriately EPA-certified technicians, qualifying employers, authorized representatives or resellers. We may require Section 608, Section 609 or other applicable documentation before accepting or fulfilling an order.

3. Customer Representations

By ordering regulated products, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and receive them.
• Information and certification documents are authentic.
• Products will be handled by qualified professionals.
• You will comply with environmental and safety requirements.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may verify payment, address, inventory, certification and shipping eligibility. We may reject or cancel an order for fraud concerns, errors, safety restrictions, unavailable stock or regulatory noncompliance.

5. Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming the exact refrigerant type, equipment compatibility, required procedures and applicable oil, charging and retrofit requirements. Product information does not replace manufacturer instructions or professional advice.

6. Professional Handling

Refrigerant cylinders must be transported, stored, installed, recovered and disposed of by qualified persons using approved equipment and procedures. Refrigerant must not be knowingly vented, mixed, misused or transferred unlawfully.

7. Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order.

8. Shipping

Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy, certification verification and carrier restrictions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Responsibility for the shipment transfers as permitted by applicable law after delivery to the confirmed address.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Factory seals, product condition, return authorization and regulated transportation requirements apply. Opened or used cylinders are generally non-returnable.

10. Website Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and images, but colors, packaging or labeling may vary. We may correct typographical, pricing, inventory or description errors and cancel affected orders.

11. Prohibited Conduct

• Submitting false certification or identity information.
• Purchasing for unlawful resale, diversion or misuse.
• Attempting unauthorized website or account access.
• Copying or exploiting website content without permission.
• Using products contrary to law or manufacturer requirements.

12. Intellectual Property

Store branding, layouts, text, graphics and other original website content are owned by or licensed to RefriVertex and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.

13. Third-Party Services

Shopify, payment providers, carriers and other third parties may provide parts of the service. Their separate terms and policies may apply. RefriVertex is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

14. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not guarantee that a product is appropriate for equipment not specifically approved for that refrigerant.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RefriVertex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss resulting from misuse, incompatible installation, improper storage or unauthorized handling.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of Florida, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply to you.

17. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
